OHL Announces Disciplinary Action

The Ontario Hockey League today announced the results of a review of an incident which took place in a game played in Sudbury on Friday, December 4th, 2015 involving the Wolves and the visiting Barrie Colts Hockey Club.

The incident reviewed was a stick incident resulting in a match penalty assessed to goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood of the Barrie Colts Hockey Club.

Based on a review of the incident, it is the position of the League that player Mackenzie Blackwood shall be suspended for eight (8) games, dating from but not including the game of Friday, December 4th, 2015.
